Last year I lost all my love for training.
I wasn’t motivated, I wasn’t consistent, and I wasn’t happy in my body.

Not only that, but I created a 3 day, 5 day and HOME version of that very same plan. I’ve even thrown in exercise swaps just in case you need an alternative exercise (that still does the trick!)

What will I need?
For the GYM plans you will obviously need access to a gym, but don’t worry, if certain machines aren’t available you can swap the exercises Harriet has programmed for a similar alternative. All exercise swaps will that target the same muscle group in the same resistance profile (so no random exercises or junk volume!)
For the HOME programme we offer dumbbell only plans OR barbell and dumbbell plans. The more weight you have the better!
How do I join?
This is a one time purchase programme, so no subscription needed.
Just join via the link & you will be taken through our onboarding process where you can select your programme and nutrition preferences.
Then you will have full access to The HHF Method app and your chosen programme for the full 8 week period.
What are the workout splits & duration of each?
I have programmed the exact same split as I follow myself as this plan is based on my own results & training.
I personally follow the 4 day plan, but have also added a 3 day and 5 day option for those who need it, as well as a home version for 3, 4 and 5 days.
Splits for both home and gym options as follows:
5 day split - 3 lower, 2 upper
4 day split - 2 upper, 2 lower
3 day split - lower, upper, full body
Lower days should take you around 60-75 mins
Upper body days should take you around 45-60 mins
I’m already a HHF Method member, can I join?
Yes! For no extra cost! Current HHF Method members will be able to get this programme as a FREE “add on” programme via the app. No need to sign up again. All details will be inside the app.
Do I get to keep the programme after the 8 weeks?
Your purchase covers 9 weeks of access to The HHF Method app so you can track your progress & watch all the technique videos as you work through your programme.
After the 9 week period, you will lose access to the app unless you choose to continue with our monthly subscription.
You are able to download a hard copy of your plan to your email if you wish to keep it after the 9 weeks has finished.
What else is included?
You will be able to see everything included on 8 week HEAT main page, but let’s put it this way… it’s not just a programme. You will get access to all your nutrition targets, our full recipe library, and in-app calorie tracker. You can log your steps, habits, and cycle, as well as access all the educational guides covering everything from hormones to gut health. Every exercise in your programme comes with a full technique video and a place to log your progress. You will also be able to access the exclusive yoga & mobility videos exclusive to The HHF Method app.
