Our premium 1:1 Method coaching launches in 8-week blocks across the year, and you can join for as many blocks as you need.

For Current Members:
You'll receive priority access and can join from WITHIN the app. The 1:1 features will be added to your current homepage. Once the 8 weeks is over, the app will return to your standard membership.
For New Members:
You can sign up through the 1:1 link and will see all VIP features when your membership goes live. If you wish to stay on and use The HHF Method app once the 1:1 coaching block is over, we'll be able to swap your membership over for you!
